 Nisaab Ka Maalik He Magar Uspar Dain He Ke Ada Karne Ke Ba'd Nisaab Nahi Rehti To Zakaat Wajib Nahi Khwa Wo Dain  Banda Ka Ho Jaise Qarze ' Zire ' Saman ' Kisi Cheez Ka TaaWaan Ya Allah Azza-o-Jal Ka Deen Ho , Jaise Zakaat , Khiraaj  Maslan Koyi Shakhs Sirf Ek Nisaab Ka Maalik He Aur Du Saal Guzar Gaye Ke Zakaat Nahi Di To Sirf Pehle Saal Ki Zakaat Wajib He Dusre Saal Ki Nahi Ke  Pehle Saal Ki Zakaat Uspar Dain He Uske Nikaalne Ke Ba'd Nisaab Baaqi  Nahi Rehti Lihaza Dusre Saal Ki Zakaat Wajib Nahi.  Yuhi  Agar Teen(3) Saal Guzar Gaye Magar Tisre Main Ek Din Baqi Tha Ke Paanch(5) Dirham Aur Haasil Huwe. Jab Bhi Pehle Hi Saal Ki Zakaat Wajib He  Ke Dusre Aur Tisre Saal Main Zakaat Nikaalne Ke Ba'd Nisaab Baqi Nahi , Haan Jis Din Ke Wo Paanch(5) Dirham Haasil Huwe Us Din Se Ek Saal Tak Agar Nisaab Baqi Reh Jaye To Ab Is Saal Ke Pure Hone Par Zakaat Wajib Hogi. Yuhi Agar Nisaab Ka Maalik Tha Aur Saal Tamaam Par Zakaat Na Di Phir Sare Maal Ko Halaak Kar Diya Phir Aur Maal Hasil Kiya Ke Ye Baqadr  Nisaab He Magar Saal Awwal Ki Zakaat Jo Uske Zimma Deen He Us Main Se Nikaale To Nisaab   Baqi Nahi Rehti To Is Naye Saal Ki Zakaat Wajib Nahi Aur Agar Us Pehle Maal Ko Usne Qasdan Halaak Na Kiya Balke Bila Qasad Halaak Hogaya To Uski Zakaat Jati Rahi  Lihaza Uski Zakaat Deen Nahi , To Is Surath Main Is Naye Saal Ki Zakaat Wajib He.

Aurat Ke Elawa Kisi Rishtedaar Ka Nafaqah  Uswaqt Dain Hain Jab Ek Mahina Se Kam Zamana Guzra Ho, Ya Us RishteDaar Ne Qaazi Ke Hukm Se Qarz Liya Aur Agar Ye Duno Baate Nahi To Saaqit Hai Aur Mana Zakaat Nahi.

Kharch  Ke Liye Rupe Ke Paise  Liye To Ye  Bhi Haa'jate Asliyah Main Hain. Haa'jate Asliyah Main Kharch Karne Ke Rupe Rakhe Hain To Saal Main Jo Kuch Kharch Kiya Gaya Aur Jo Baqi Rahe

Agar Baqadr Nisaab Hain To Unki Zakat Wajib Hai.... Agarche Isi Niyyat Se Rakhe Hain Ke Aainda Haa'Jate Asliyah Hi Main Sarf Honge  Aur Agar Saal Tamaam Ke Waqt Haa'jate Asliyah Main Kharch Karne Ki Zarurat Hai To Zakaat Wajib Nahi.

Ahle ILm Ke Liye Kitaabe'n Haa'jate Asliyah Se Hain Aur Gair-Ahle Ke Paas Hon Jab Bhi Kitaabo'n Ki Zakaat Wajib Nahi Jabke Tijarat Ke Liye Na Hon.

Farq Itna Hai Ke Ahle ILm Ke Paas Un Kitaabo'n Ke Aelawa Agar Maal Baqadr Nisaab Na Ho To Zakaat Lena Jaa'iz Hai Aur Gair-Ahle Ke Liya Na-Jaa'iz  Jab Ke 200- Diram  Qimat Ki Hon.

Ahle Wo Hai Jise Padhne Padhane Ya Tasheeh  Ke Liye Un Kitaabo'n Ki Zarurat Ho. Kitaab Se Muraad Mazhabi Kitaab Fiqqah -o- Tasfseer -o- Hadees Hai.

Agar Ek Kitaab Ke Chand Nuskhe Hon To Ek Se Zaayid Jitne Nuskhe Hon , Agar 200-Dirham Ki Qimat Ke Hon To Us Ahle Ko Bhi Zakaat Lena Na-Jaa'iz Hai.

Khwa Ek Hi Kitaab Ke Zaayid Nuskhe Is Qimat Ke Hon Ya Muta'addid Kitaabo'n  Ke Zaayid Nuskhe Mil Kar Is Qimat Ke Hon.

 Haafiz Ke Liye Quraan Majeed Haa'jate Asliyah Se Nahi Aur Gair-Haafiz Ke Liye Ek Se Zyada Haa'Jate Asliyah Ke Aelawa Hai. Yani Agar  Mushaf Shareef 200-Diram Qimat Ka Ho To Zakaat Lena Jaa'iz Nahi.

Nahu -o-Sarf -o- Nujoom Aur Diwaan Aur Qisse Kahani Ki Kitaabe'n Haa'jate  Asliyah Main Nahi.

Usool Fiqqah -o- ILm Kalaam -o- AkhLaaq Ki Kitaabe'n Jaise Ahyaa-ul-Uloom -o- Chemiya-E-Sa'Aadat Wagerahma Haa'Jate Asliya Se Hain.

Kuffaar Aur Bad-Mazhabo'n Ke Rad Aur Ahle Sunnat Ki Taayeed Main Jo Kitaabe'n Hain Wo Haa'jate Asliyah Se Hain. Yuhi Aalim Agar Bad-Mazhab Wagerah Ki Kitaabe'n Isliye Rakhe Ke Unka Radd Karega To Ye Bhi Haa'jate Asliyah Man Hain Aur Gair-Aalim Ko To Unka Dekhna Hi Jaa'iz Nahi.

Aur 600 Se Kam Mila To Kisi Ko Nisaab Ki Qadr Na Mila Aur Agar Har Ek Faqeer  Ne Use Alehdah Alehdah Wakeel Banaya Ya To Majmu'aa Nahi Dekha Jayega Balke Har Ek Ko Jo Mila Hai Wo Dekha Jayega.

 Kisi Per Uske Rupiye Aate Hain ,Faqeer Se Keh Diya Usse Wusool Karle Aur Niyyat E Zakat Ki Ki Baad Qabza Ada Ho Gayi.Faqeer Per Qarz Hai Us Qarz Ko Apne Maal Ki Zakat Me Dena Chahta Hai Yaani Ye Cahta Hai Ke Maaf Karde Aur Wo Mere Maal Ki Zakat Ho Jaye Ye Nahi Ho Sakta.Albatta Ye HoSakta Hai Ke Use Zakat Ka MAal De Aur Apne Aate Huwe Me Lele,Agar Wo Dene Se Inkaar Kare To Hath Pakad Kar Cheen Sakta HAi Aur Youn Bhi Na Mile To Qazi Ke Pass Muqaddamah Pesh Kare Ke Us Ke Pass Hai Aur Mera Nahi Deta.
